Article 1 (Scope)

These terms apply to all readings and related services provided by Hoshiyomi. By using the service you are taken to have agreed to them.

Article 2 (Registration)

There is no account. The service uses an anonymous session: a generated UUID is stored in your browser's cookie and serves as your identifier. If you clear your cookies, you lose access to your earlier readings.

Article 3 (What is provided)

• The reading — the overall picture of your fortune. Free on every reading.
• The deeper reading — opening up the part held back. Free on most readings.
• The extended section (paid) — available on a small number of readings.
• Conversation — follow-up questions to the reader, unlimited and free.

Article 4 (Fees)

• Readings, the deeper reading and conversation: free
• Extended section: ¥398 (two readings only — see the pricing page)
• Payment method: PayPal Express Checkout
• Prices shown include consumption tax

Article 5 (Refunds)

Because the content is delivered immediately on payment, refunds are not generally given. If a system fault meant the reading was not properly delivered, we will investigate and either provide the service again or refund you.

Article 6 (Prohibited conduct)

• Lending or transferring your use of the service to someone else
• Unauthorised access or attacks on the system
• Commercial use or republication of readings without permission
• Submitting input that infringes someone else's rights
• Using the output for fraud or intimidation

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Readings are for entertainment. They are not medical, legal, or financial advice. For decisions that matter, consult a qualified professional. We accept no liability for any loss arising from a reading.

Article 8 (Changes to these terms)

We may change these terms without prior notice where we judge it necessary. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
